Customer Service Executive
A leading B2B telecommunications provider based in SW London are looking to hire an exceptional Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. The company are growing year on year, and have been successfully operating for 6 years.

As the successful individual you will have the following responsibilities
*Answering telephone calls and responding to Customer Support enquiries by email.
*Responding to tickets raised through the ticketing system logged either internally or externally by customers directly.
*Work in partnership with the Customer Service Team and our Suppliers to ensure tickets raised are managed effectively
*Assisting customers with maintaining their telephone system
*Responsible for managing telephone & data faults raised by customers either through the ticketing system or by telephone/email. You will be required to diagnose the fault and use the tools available to you to resolve this. If this cannot be achieved one stop, the fault should be raised with the appropriate team to fix and feed back to you, who in turn will feed back to the customer.
*Chase and follow-up with Suppliers to ensure deadlines are met for customers.
*Assisting the Sales team with sales support related administration.
*Assisting the Operations Director and Customer Services Supervisor with Customer Service related administration.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £18,000 per annum
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
